I really admire the guy and all he's trying to do but I'm also a little concerned because it seems like he's always threatening to spill over into outright snarkiness which can only be used against him... He catches enough flack being educated, well-spoken and brazen without adding some sort of arrogance or perceived arrogance to the mix for his detractors to exploit...
